This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of production management principles.If you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality products on time and within budget, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesBe an active member of team in FSSC, HACCP, GMP, Occupational Health and Safety committees,Be aware and apply to role as required, the requirements of IFF external operational audits needs (SEDEX, URSA, ISO14001, NSF, LAS, FSSC)Ensure that the work output is done qualitatively and quantitatively, meeting all set out standards and that the department's available labour and equipment is utilized effectivelyManage the production process to ensure that production meets the plan, quality and cost efficient.
