This role also contributes to the overall management/leadership of the geographical area by serving as a member of the MANCO. · Managing the application of PFA’s salesprocess. · Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and clientcare). · Interacting with successful and demanding financialadvisors. · Coaching and development of financialadvisors. · Building and sustaining a productiveteam. · Assist with GeneralPractice · Recruitment into Team of Quality EstablishedAdvisors · Recruit into ACA team to ensure you have pipeline of Graduate Advisors Development and Implementation of a Local MarketingPlan QUALIFICATION · Matric orequivalent · CFP qualification will be an advantage · Must be FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or anequivalentqualificationwith120relevantcreditsataminimum NQF level5. · Must have passed RE 5 level1. · Previous experience as a Sales Manager ispreferable. · Be accredited on all products that PFA distributes as well as accreditation on other optionalproducts. · Preferably 24 month’s service as a FinancialAdvisor. · Have strong administrativecapabilities. · Should be comfortable in applying the salesprocess. Should be able to apply the six step financialprocess.
