We are seeking a dynamic Dispatch Manager to oversee our distribution and transportation operations in Montague Gardens. In this role, you'll manage a team of 25-30 staff, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment. • Computer literate with strong mathematical skills. • Fluent in Afrikaans and English. • Code 8 driving license and own transport. • Ability to work flexible hours and handle operational challenges effectively. Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and evaluate all logistics operations. • Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. • Oversee dispatch, including route planning, vehicle loading, and staff coordination. • Manage receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation and quality control. • Enforce food safety, quality, and health&safety procedures. • Monitor fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, and documentation. • Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area, ensuring effective housekeeping practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
