The candidate would manage and coordinate clinical practice and resources within the unit to achieve the company and hospital objectives of quality, growth and people.Requirements: Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing or Trauma Diploma registered with SANCA minimum of 2 years experience in an A&E Unit is required. Proven leadership and people management skills would be most advantageous for this role.Previous experience in A&E Units is preferredBasic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principlesUnderstanding the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantageComputer proficiency required (MS Office)Drivers license and reliable transport
