Senior Transitions Manager Location: Cape Town Our client, a company dedicated to enhancing digital intelligence for South African businesses, is actively seeking Senior Transitions Managers to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with extensive experience in transitions and a passion for driving successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead transitions across the global footprint, leveraging in-depth knowledge and expertise in transition management. Ensure the seamless execution of transitions while also focusing on building the capability of the transitions function. Provide thought leadership to enhance transitions setup and implementation processes. Lead new business pursuits (RFPs) to develop customized solutions, taking ownership of transitions for specific client engagements. Essential Functions: Execute transitions with end-to-end accountability, ensuring successful outcomes. Collaborate closely with clients on onsite projects, providing ground-level assessments and recommendations for process re-engineering and offshoring feasibility. Interact extensively with business users, senior management, and IT personnel to drive effective transitions. Lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery and fostering business development in select accounts. Primary Interactions: Internal: Transitions Reviews: Program Leads, Transitions Managers, Operations Leads, Operations Managers, Quality and PE team. Solutioning and implementation design: BD Team, Strategic Deal Team, designated operations, and enabling functions. Training and Development: Program Leads, Transitions Managers, Training function, external vendors as needed. External: Engage with client stakeholders to present solutions and transition capabilities. Skills Required: Technical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of the BPO industry, including technology and pricing dynamics, and specific vertical domains. Project management expertise. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively. Self-starter mentality with the ability to innovate and explore different avenues to achieve optimal solutions. Education and Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream. PMP, PgMP certification preferred. 10+ years of experience in the BPO environment, with at least 3 years specifically in transitions. Hands-on experience in migrating processes and program management of small to medium-sized engagements. Valid US&/or UK Visa will be an added advantage.
