Reference: 9509 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description: Onsite and Remote end user support for all desktop devices for the staff situated at remote sites Ability to be a primary resource for IT projects at the site Be required to travel to remote sites to support users or complete projects First line support for telephony services and smartphones Preparation and installation of end user devices such as desktops, notebooks and head sets Logging of all incidents and request on behalf of staff and management Single point of contact for the staff for any IT related issues, escalations or IT related consulting Skilled in the understanding applications within the environment, Networking Infrastructure management, Server management (MS Server 2016/SQL Server), Domain Management (DC and G Suite), Firewall Administration and IT Procurement, Multi level backups Qualifications: Minimum qualification, Matric N+ / A+ / MCSE Advantageous 2 - 4 years experience in a IT technician / Administrator role Install and Maintain networks Previous experience in the retail / FMCG industries (adv) Strong Admin background Exceptional problem-solving skill. Thorough, precise and accurate. Must be able to work under pressure. Proficient in systems, especially in Excel / Sheets.
