Position Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Our client is looking to hire and relocate a South African to join their team in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer as soon as possible. Overall Job Description: The Candidate is responsible for ensuring the Finance department and each of the team members are performing to expectation. Ensuring proper book-keeping, timely and accurate reporting, establishing system and procedures to have controls on various aspects of Company activities. Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation and timely submission of monthly periodical CFA reports as per group control policies and practices. Daily oversight of all UAE finance employees and staff. Ensure all employee activity is to the highest standards of performance and assist the employee with corrective action as required. Working with the department managers and senior management team identify, develop, and monitor all production and business activity Key performance Indicators (KPI) program daily, weekly, monthly measurements. In addition to the standard reporting procedures communicate frequently and as required with the Managing Director and Group Control all relevant information including changes to the business, concerns regarding process and industrial controlling. Responsible and in consultation with the Managing Director UAE preparing all Budget Submission, Forecast Submission and all supporting and back up documentation. Reviewing the bank related activities and fund management. Active Co-ordination with External Auditors to ensure that the audit is carried out in the smoothest and timely manner. Assistance and support as and when required by all other departments. Qualification/Experience Requirements: BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus CPA is a strong advantage Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central ) Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers Relocation: The cost of immigrating you and your family will be fully sponsored by the company. Salary: 30 000 AED per month (R150 000 per month) depending on experience + housing allowance + car allowance Starting date: As soon as possible.
