EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Must have at least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Manager in a 5* game lodge environment (essential) Electrical engineering qualification is highly preferred Must have a relevant trade qualification Must currently be working at Senior level in a luxury hospitality environment in the Maintenance department Must have strong knowledge of generators, boreholes/water plants, air conditioning, general plumbing and electrics. A valid driver's license is essential PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Able to handle pressure, and still operate effectively Energetic, proactive person Good interpersonal skills – able to function as part of a team Attention to detail and initiative Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others Basic Salary: Market-related, live in (Single accommodation&meals provided).
