MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.5 years post-article experience.Professional qualification and completed articles (CA/CIMA/PA) will be beneficial.Proven experience in financial management.Potential for leadership roles.Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteKEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREASAnnual Budget PreparationAnnual External Audit File PreparationMonth-end ProcessesEnsure completion by the 15th of each month.Oversee journals, balance sheet reconciliations, asset register, etc.Verify accuracy and completeness of financial records.Tax and VAT SubmissionsFinancial Planning, Analysis, and ReportingPrepare monthly management accounts by the 15th of each month.Forecast income, ***, OPEX, etc.Conduct deep analysis on specific cost/revenue items.Generate ad-hoc reports as required.Financial Management & Operational SupportProactively manage Suppliers and Customer accountsCollaborate with treasury for weekly cashflow management.Oversee asset management for buildings, infrastructure, equipment and vehicles.Team LeadershipLine management of Bookkeepers & financial assistants.Delegate selected financial & administration functions to staff.Provide operational and financial support to all production team members, fostering peer communicationONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
