DescriptionResponsibilities include (but not to be treated as an exhaustive list):Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed project plan to manage change, monitor and track progress.Report and escalate to management as needed.Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimise potential risks.Maintain a high level of communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all remain informed.Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and longterm goals.Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Use and continually develop leadership skills.Attend training as required to maintain proficiency.Perform other related duties as assigned.Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.Qualifications/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Networking or a related field, would be beneficial.Must have at least 5+ years of experience in Project Management, IT and Networking management.Proven ability to solve problems effectively.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.Excellent analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Ideal Attributes:Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Ability to work under pressure.Coaching.Supervision.Process improvement.Planning.Inventory control.Leadership.Risk Management.Negotiation.Critical thinking.Problem solving.Analytical skills.Technical skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
