Reference: 9502 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description: Coordination of mechanical designs and final sign-off (Hardware/Packaging/Quality requirements/etc) Input towards BOMs compliance for each product line Technical assistance for all design change Quality control for all final products and sign off Planning and coordination of Job Cards to be issued from Kits to be received from Stores Assist production staff with technical guidance and planning for completion Ensure the delivery of the People Strategy within area of accountability Manage, coach and develop a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required Qualifications: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Mechatronics would be beneficial 3-5 Years relevant experience Project management Production Management Lean manufacturing qualification would be beneficial.
