Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the Guiding Department Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff in the Guiding Department Staff training and development Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media All administrative duties pertaining to the Guiding Department Overseeing and Management of the Portfolio's Fleet Allocation of rangers and trackers to daily game drives Daily Game Drives&Bush walks Hosting Duties Allocation of Airport Transfers Guest Activity and Airport Transfers Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed Photographic safaris Reporting to Group Operations Manager and Head Office Requirements : Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5 star lodge necessary Minimum 3 years' experience in a Big 5 reserve Experience in wildlife photography will be an advantage Valid RSA Driver's License and PDP First Aid FGASA Level Trails Guide Qualification will be an advantage Firearm competency #J-18808-Ljbffr
