Qualifications, Experiences and Skills: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experiences at managerial level, with relevant HR achievements contributing to business objectives and goals. Well-*** in local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines/regulations, with expertise in payroll matters including salary policy, CPF, and other relevant regulations. A Data-driven Problem-solver with business acumen, having driven HR initiatives contributing to business decisions. A Seasoned Coach with mentoring skills, having guided HR team, as well as managers and employees. A Collaborative Team Player with stakeholder managing skills, having facilitated conflicting stakeholders towards agreement. An Effective Communicator with influencing skills, both verbal and written, having conveyed complex information clearly and effectively.
