Job DescriptionTo drive sales and profitability targets by establishing and building sustainable key relationships across all channels, product houses and segmentsAnalyze sales data and identify opportunities to drive balance growth within Commercial SegmentDevelop a strategy for market share & balance growthExecute sales campaigns across FNB channels to drive salesCompile monthly tracking of delivery against pre-aligned targetsManage various partnerships effectively and establish rapport with stakeholdersManage own development by assessing own performance and request training Customer service monitoring and improvements Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsMaintain and foster ethical dealings with customers and clients,Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targetsHave thorough understanding of the Cash Investments products to be able to deliver comprehensive training for sales personnel in various channelsContribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of sales competitions or campaigns aimed at the increase of salesCoordinate and manage the product sales pipelines of the different channels and make adjustments accordingly based on internal and market changesProvide input into the schedule for product sales pipelineSupport the Growth Managers in execution of Segment strategiesTake full responsibility and ownership of Profit & Loss (PnL) managementDevelop the Growth strategy for the sub-segmentDefine the success criteria by channelOwnership of driving initiatives Income statement & Balance sheet understandingPeople Management responsibility incl. goal setting, development plan alignment and career path management of direct reportsManage internal Cash Investments stakeholders i.e. Channel, Enablement, Product, LRC, Marketing, CVM, Client Experience & OperationsAssume the role of single point of contact for Cash Investments within SegmentQualifications and Experience2 – 3 years related experienceRelevant commercial degree in B (Comm, Information Management, Accounting, , Statistics, Economics, Financial Management, Engineering, InformaticsStrong stakeholder management ability essentialProficiency in presenting to Executives at Exco, Manco, Regional sessions and other governance forumsStrong understanding and interpretation of data essential Job Details Application Closing Date10/06/24 All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
