Job Description: Senior FOH Manager ensure that junior managers are operating effectively and efficiently in the restaurant. They are also responsible in ensuring all the ground work and relative information makes its way to the Assistant General Manager and the General Managers and Head Chef. Senior FOH managers are there to ensure all junior staff are running day to day operations correctly in terms of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, capturing of daily information and managing daily staff activities. Responsibilities: To ensure all junior managers and junior staff are operating at maximum efficiency and effectively. To ensure that all senior staff are receiving the correct information for maximum operations of the business. To ensure customers are receiving the best customer service and ensuring complaints are dealt with effectively and efficiently. To ensure junior managers are ordering certain stock for the daily FOH operations, ensuring it is ordered timeously and correctly with the capturing of all necessary invoices. To manage all daily operations in terms of opening and closing procedures, daily maintenance reports and daily stock levels are correctly handled. To manage, discipline, and motivate all staff by conducting team meetings, supervising staff, assisting in in-store training, and managing key performance activities. Required Skills: Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the managing of an upmarket restaurant. Must have good leadership skills and should be able to manage staff correctly and effectively to achieve the best results for the business. Must have an approachable, friendly, and welcoming personality. Must be computer literate; "Intouch" and "Micros" are preferred. Must have good people and problem-solving skills. Must have a good command of the English language and an attractive, well-kept physical appearance.
