Reporting to the Regional and General Manager.Grade 12/ MatricĀ PSIRA Grade A registered and accreditedDiploma in Security Management4 + years' Industrial/Residential/Estate/Facilities Security ExperienceComputer literacy and very strong Admin SkillsCCTV Camera Management and Equipment monitoring and ControlMain Responsibilities:Maintaining good relations between us and the client with regard to security services renderedDaily feedback and liaison with Management and ClientCompiling, distribution and communication on daily, weekly and monthly reportsCompiling, distribution and communication on all Incident, Accident and Investigation reportsObtaining of statements of all InvestigationsEnsuring the posting of Security Officers are done timeously for full site coverage on both day shift and night shiftEnsuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the clientMonitor all Technology based resourcesConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of servicesEnsuring continuous assessment of the Client's premises and minimizing as far as possible risky access and creating several barriers to would be criminalsAuditing and verifying the access registers on a daily basis and generating exception reportsGeneral management and supervision of security staff and ensuring all administrative queries are dealt with promptly such as leave, site changes, rostering, etc.Managing all projects concerning new business and ensuring the smooth take over thereofEnsuring that all HR/IR related queries are dealt with promptly and professionallyInvestigating incidents and submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to ManagementAttend all meetings with Management and with the ClientKey Skills or Competencies:Be proactive and innovativeStrong Leadership Skills and Management CompetenciesMust be assertive, honest, professional and reliableGood communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong planning, organizational, administration skills is requiredGood interpersonal and client liaison skills are requiredExperience in investigation techniques and report writingWilling and able to work extended/flexi hours if and when requiredAbility to work under pressure and without supervisionCustomer/Client FocusDriving and Managing ChangeDevelopment of OthersTeamwork, Deadline and results drivenThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
