Senior Process EngineerOur client, a global tech firm, is seeking 5 Senior Process Engineers to join their team in Sandton on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates, and a great working environment.Responsibilities:Drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process related knowledge through modeling, simulating, and analyzing current and future states.Focus on complex business outcomes using technical expertise aligned with the business strategy.Scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution and the associated project effort and dependencies.Define and tailor the business/process analysis approach at the project life cycle level.Facilitate workshops with business users (up to executive level) to gather requirements, generate ideas, and validate designs.Assess, map, and optimize business processes.Deliver formal projects implementing business process change including process automation and document management technologies.Apply formal business process modeling or business analysis methodologies.Have a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and related process performance issues in a traditional organization.Requirements:Above average computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.Experience in applying process modeling standards such as BPMN and ECP.Knowledge of and exposure to business process transformation and integrating technologies.Experience in projects involving formal Change Management.Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts.Experience using Use Cases to specify requirements and collaborating with Systems Analysts and architects.Understanding of data modeling and basic SQL database queries.Experience within the financial services environment is an advantage.Minimum of 5-7 years of Process Engineering experience with at least 5 years as a Senior Process Engineer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
