What’s the role? You will be responsible for: Identifying and researching potential clients Generating warm leads and cold calling Contacting prospective clients and setting up meetings Self-generation of leads and building a prospect list Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers Using the company CRM to update and manage your sales pipeline Upselling products to existing clients Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets Establishing, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships Identifying and understanding our client's business requirements Administration: Creating contracts for services and sending it through to the client Effectively adding services to contracts when required Receiving and capturing sale orders from customers Verifying orders by checking the correct information, including customers personal details and payment details Amending/changing and maintaining existing orders Managing all supplier accounts and stock. Sourcing specialised equipment or custom builds. Placing orders with suppliers Communicating order deadline dates for production Shipping orders when stock available Tracking new stock and orders. Receiving calls from customers and assist with queries and ETAs on orders Following up on orders and client requirements Communicating with customers re-orders that are ready Boxes to tick… Matric 3-5+ Years experience in sales Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
