We’re looking for…A professional and enthusiastic bookkeeper to join our clients to assist with all financial and accounting tasks.Who are you?You are someone who takes initiativeExtremely well spoken and fluent in English (writing and speaking)You are a team playerYou work well under pressureYou are an honest and reliable individual You have good multitasking skillsYou are able to work well in teamsWhat’s the role?You will be responsible for:Perform all bookkeeping functions.Day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clientsPerforms all client invoicing functions and other accounts receivable tasks.Pay supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.Perform all data entry of receipts and client invoices in accounting systems.Perform all data entry of receipts and disbursements for the trust account in the accounting systems.Reconcile bank statements.E-filing Prepare VAT report and submit returns timeously.Assist in the preparation of other accounting reports and help controllers as necessary.Ensures legalities of reports, policies and procedures of all payroll functions.Boxes to tick…MatricTertiary Qualification - BCom Accounting or related degree/diploma3+ years working experience in a similar roleExperience working with Pastel#J-18808-Ljbffr
