This extends to include arranging meetings coordination and travel arrangements etc.Granting access to the ERP system (ITS) and keeping record of the same.Coordinating arrangements, meetings and/or conferences.Take dictation and write correspondence.Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.Create and organise information and generate reference tools for easy use.Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.Operate and maintain office equipment.Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.Organisational skills and detail orientation including filing and record management.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication softwareCORE COMPETENCIES Strong organisational skillsStrong computer skills (ITS, MS Office, Internet, e-mail)Good verbal and written communication skillsGood time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills REQUIREMENTS Required minimum education: M+1 qualification in (e.g. secretarial/office management/public relations & communicationRequired minimum experience: Atleast 2-4years _work related experience in which competency has been gained.
