GENERAL BAKERY WORKER A Food Production Bakery in Centurion has a position available for a General Bakery Worker. Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing and baking a variety of breads and deserts • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. • Maintain the Quality and Freshness of the products made. • Cleaning of the production area • Check the quality of raw materials used for production. • Packaging of food products • Completion of production records • Compliance to the Food Safety Management System Skills required: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • knowledge of food production methods • Maths knowledge • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team • Ability to work well with your hands and Bakery equipment. • Knowledge of food production methods and techniques • More education or experience may be preferred • Candidate must have own transport and live in Centurion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
