Our client based in Sandton is looking for an experienced Financial ControllerKey requirementAuditing firm article experienceProven experience in analyzing financial informationExperience in forecasting and budgetingMinimum 3 years articles experienceCA advantageousProficient in MS related applications Experience using EvolveKey responsibilitiesReview all financial information, taking time to analyze numbersIdentifying drivers of certain transactions, dependencies of transaction on other numbers within a set of financial informationIdentifying arears of over and under spend and bein able to translate this data and information to presentable figures for senior management to understandReview key financial indicators on a day-to-day basis based on information recorded and produced by the various finance teams at each within the groupEnsure the accurate recording of financial information, accurate reporting from Evolve, and accurate stock information is provided to all levels managementReview deal sheets to ensure accuracy and provide comment and feedback on arears for improvement in terms of creating more GP for the businessCreate templates for monitoring monthly performance of each business unit within the group against budgets and forecastsEnsure all accruals, provisions and cost of sales is accurately recorded for month end reporting These budgets are to be used to monitor performance against identifying variances and reporting on variances in terms of reasons behind and suggesting improvements to get back to budgetIdentify arears for cost saving, cost optimization and implement processes to achieve a set outcome within that cost structureBe actively involved in the day-to-day accounting of all projects related to the groupEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirementsManage cashflow in conjunction with financial director for all special projectsDevelop and report on monthly performance for each special projectIdentify key business risks that require business controls to be implemented and financial risk that requires financial controls to be implemented#J-18808-Ljbffr
