Salary: From 1200000 to 1320000 (Ctc) - Yearly Location: The construction manager shall demonstrate professional knowledge of mechanical, civil and electrical project construction management in the Process Plant Environment. Coordination and management of all Project construction related activities in FEED and ensure construction standards are implemented with EPC contractors to ensure that construction projects are achieved safely, on time and budget and the required construction services are delivered to client's requirements. Major Task Headings: Safety Management Construction Management Schedule Management Quality Management Site Management Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Safety Management Manage, co-ordinate and enforce legal requirements while holding regular safety meetings. To enforce a stop and fix culture on sites related to all non-standard operations or unsafe work conditions. Act as an Ambassador of the Company in all aspects of SHEQ&IR. Respond to recommendations on SHEQ performance within assigned responsibilities and provide mentoring and support to achieve the objectives and targets. Liaise with the Safety Manager/Officer, SHEQ on all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality matters. Construction Management Liaise and co-ordinate between the site contractor's management teams, the COENG engineers and the clients' representative across all disciplines. Direct, guide and coordinate site personnel, to achieve effective construction execution. Develop and implement Construction Execution strategies at the commencement and during the execution phase of the project. Provide Construction planning input during the project execution phase. Report to the Project Manager of any issues arising from co-operation with other areas of Company Operations. Maintain the Company's image to clients, public and other third parties by effective liaison and establishment of harmonious relationships. Prepare appropriate reports and disseminate the report/matters arising throughout Construction Operations as necessary. Schedule Management Manage the contractor's schedules against contractual programs, utilizing Site Supervisors to do daily monitoring. Evaluate regularly the performance of Construction relative to project schedules, budgets and other agreed objectives. Initiate whatever actions/improvements are necessary. Carry out regular reviews of Construction workload, manpower utilization and staffing requirements, to ensure both the adequacy and efficiency of all assigned staff. Quality Management Manage all site based QCP's through the discipline supervisors utilizing COENG standard documents. Set up and implement reviews and audits to provide assurance that all supervised activities are being undertaken in accordance with the appropriate procedures and work practices, and that procedures and work practices are sufficient. Site Administration Approval of time off and leave. Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities for all site personnel. Motivate site personnel by agreeing to action plans and obtaining personal commitment from them. Develop and identify requirements for recruitment, induction, training and development of personnel, so that the company procedures, work practices and general operating systems are adequately communicated and understood. Identify new talent and provide mentoring and career development of Construction personnel. Legal: Implement the requirements of the company's Construction Manual into Construction Operation duties. Comply with Company and Client secrecy agreements pertinent to Construction Operations. Basic knowledge in construction contracts administration on site such as NEC, FIDIC, GCC, JBCC. Minimum Qualifications SACPCMP registered as the Pr.CM or SACPCMP registered candidate to become Pr.CM. National Diploma or equivalent in Construction or Engineering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
