About the job Regional Projects Financial ControllerMinimum requirements:Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management5 to 7 years experience in audit, M&A, or internal control in a multinational or in an audit/consulting firmProven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations in Southern AfricaStrong skills and proficiency in MS SoftwareAbility to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reportsExperience abroad would be an assetResponsibilities:Assist the Regional Project Director to identify growth opportunities with new projects, new activities, expansion of existing capabilities, acquisition of companies with strategic fitAssist to analyse business impact with a focus on financial results induced by any management decision on his perimeterPerform financial analysis & due diligences related to new projects, follow up on required documentation, establish market prospects and new business developments, assess capital expenditures requirements, obtain comparative costings for benchmarking purposes, work on pertinent companies valuations, and generally assist with the audits and due diligence of targeted companies in case of mergers & acquisitions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
