Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12, NQF 5/6 in Retail / Business Management advantageous5+ years experience as a Branch Manager in a clothing retail environmentValid drivers license and good computer literacyFlexibility to travel / work in different storesThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Execution of marketing / operations plans; coordinate specific marketing, administrative, logistics, HR, sales and operations sequences and attend to general applications and interventionsAsset management ensure outside of store is neat and inside fixtures are accounted for; coordination of maintenance / repair servicesStock control responsible for stock; stock requisitions; identify/report on slow selling items; stock takes and shrinkage managementMerchandising Co-ordinate shelf layout / promoting merchandiseMarketing / sales manage implementation of marketing promotions; prepare/direct staff; promotion participation; sales leadership; organizing special promotional sales & eventsAdmin / Cash ensure procedures are met; manage expenses; reporting daily figuresSecurity / risk manage security and monitor staff and ensure H&S standards are metCustomer services train staff and assist customersPeople management assign employees; ensure / train employees; manage time & attendance; conduct staff meetingsSalary: Market related Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
