Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering with PrEng registration8+ years relevant experience in the built environment (Hospitals, Clinics, Commercial Buildings, Offices, workshops, stores, etc.)Engineering experience in large projects covering relevant divisional requirementsExperience in construction administration and managementStaff management and financial control capabilities and skillsSound knowledge of National Building Regulations requirements and relevant OSHA incorporated standards as well as standards related to health facilities and systemsKnowledge of the following systems and associated mechanical equipment in the health environment and other will be beneficial - HVAC & R, Vertical Transportation, Building Wet Services, Fire protection and smoke ventilation, Kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, medical gas design, Vacuum & Compressed air and other related systemsKnowledge of construction contracts, such as GCC, FIDIC, PROCSA, NEC and other will be beneficialProficiency in AutoCad, Revit, MS Products and the HAP HVAC design modelling programsThis person will have to be accurate and have good computer skills.
