Main Responsibilities: Complete store operational requirements by co-managing the sales team, scheduling and assigning employees and following up onwork results. Reach and maintain the high standards of customer service and staff productivity within the store by recruiting, selecting, orienting,and training employees. Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as well as by planning, monitoring, andappraising job results. Maintaining the existing customer base and developing new customers by keeping accurate and detailed customer records andcommunicating with customers when necessary.
