Overall Job FunctionDevelop all digital signal processing algorithms, perform tests and verify algorithms for aeronautical SATCOM equipement.Main Job ResponsabilitiesDesign and execute digital signal processing systems, develop architecture for such systems and prepare all associate algorithms to develop for all applicable digital signal processesAnalyze all hardware requirements and objectives, ensure optimization of all algorithms, design specifications for all digital processes ensuring compliance to all FPGA development quidelines for implementationPerform and provide technical support to all tests for hardware and prepare test reportDocument all project requirements ensuring adherence to technical and schedule requirements, and analyze all test results against the technical requirementsDesign and recommend improvements to digital signal processes and recommend improvements if required, perform tests on signal processing systems and draft specifications for all test proceduresJob RequirementsElectronic Engineering degree7 years experience with demonstrated competence in digital signal processing software design and implementation across multiple projectsPrevious electronic engineering experience in an avionics environmentTechnical competency with C/C++/PythonUnderstanding/Knowledge of embedded software developement toolsGood appreciation of the full software lifecycleBe a self-driven, team playerAffirmative Action and/or EE candidates will be given first preference as per our employment equity strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
