Researches, analyzes and reports on issues including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, system operations, property ownership, and inter-municipal agreements. Responds to inquiries from the public, resolves problems and represents the City at public meetings as required.Directly supervises and provides guidance to staff as assigned within the scope of a specific project.
