To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum Human Resources National Diploma or a related qualification, along with 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR in a unionised setting within agriculture, farming, FMCG or similar. You must also have comprehensive knowledge of and experience with IR and the CCMA.  Excellent communication skills and fluency in Afrikaans are essential! You will be responsible for consulting and working in partnership with management and employees, managing IR, disciplinaries and grievance procedures, as well as representing the arbitrational unit at the CCMA, implementing training and development, and assisting with legislative compliance, and HR data analysis. In addition, you must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license. If you have a passion for pursuing HR in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-pressure work environment, NDC Personnel & Contractors invites you to submit your CV!   NDC Personnel & Contractors adheres to the requirements of the POPI Act.
