A Well-established company based in the Western Cape is looking to employ an Internal Sales Administratorbased in Kenilworth (Southern Suburbs, Western Cape) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role is pivotal in supporting the Managing Director and Account Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will have very strong Excel knowledge and have experience in the ICT and Electronic Security industry, with a focus on Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection, BMS, and networking systems. Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Account Manager, including assisting with proposals and quotes, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. - Sales Coordination: Assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date. - Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. - Communication: Liaise with suppliers, and customers to facilitate seamless communication and operations. - Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for sales and projects, including contracts, proposals, and technical specifications. - Support Activities: Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed, including the preparation of marketing materials and participation in events. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the ICT and Electronic Security industry. -Familiarity with Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection, BMS, and networking systems. Skills: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Technical Knowledge - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personal Attributes: - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative - Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Reliable and trustworthy with a high level of integrity Based in Somerset West, Helderberg Personnel was establishedin 1998.
