Our fast growing construction company is looking for a Finance Manager with extensive financial management expirience in the construction industry.To manage and guide financial operations, ensure efficiency and accuracy. To collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Finance team to drive strategic financial initiatives and uphold departmental standards. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring meaningful monthly management accounts, and producing relevant financial reports.Forecast cashflow projections daily and monthly.Analysing the cashflow aspect of a maturing ProjectsCompiling the necessary reports for CFO.Compiling management accounts for submission to CFO.Analysing the GP on a monthly basis.Analysing the costs changes vs Projects forecastMonthly and annual period end closing.Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, and operation, to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.Maintain statutory Compliance Ensure that the regulatory requirements and compliance of all statutory bodies are metHave Payroll KnowledgeTo undertake any other duties as requested by the CFO, commensurate with the skills and experience of the post holder.To undertake such duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the position and the needs of the service.MatricBCom.
