Strategic LeadershipProvide strategic direction and vision for the plant.Design and implement strategies to maximize shareholder value.Lead daily operations successfully.Collaborate with executives on organizational strategic planning.2. Financial Performance CustodianshipMeet production performance indicators, including cost per kg and inventory value.Make investment decisions in equipment and infrastructure to increase profits.Review financial and non-financial reports for improvements.3. Lean Production ManagementOversee production of PCR and TBR Tyres.Implement best-practice manufacturing and planning systems.4. Operational Standard SettingDevelop and align business execution plans with objectives.Optimize Quality Management System (QMS) and quality KPAs.Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and company policies.Upgrade and implement SHE tools and systems.5. General ManagementLead operations for all plants, including Mixing & Components, PCR, and TBR.Develop performance goals for functions and direct reports.Manage key functional managers.Ensure quality delivery to customers.Manage operational risk and ensure compliance.Communicate strategy and results to employees.Report key results to corporate officers.6. HR LeadershipManage company staff and foster a motivated corporate culture.Lead and develop a high-performing managerial team.Oversee hiring and talent development.Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.7.
