General ManagementLead operations for all plants, including Mixing & Components, PCR, and TBR.Develop performance goals for functions and direct reports.Manage key functional managers.Ensure quality delivery to customers.Manage operational risk and ensure compliance.Communicate strategy and results to employees.Report key results to corporate officers.6. HR LeadershipManage company staff and foster a motivated corporate culture.Lead and develop a high-performing managerial team.Oversee hiring and talent development.Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.7.
