RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our client's team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the operation of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of production on the shift Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Monitor production output and quality to meet company and customer requirements Schedule and assign tasks to production team members Train, supervise, and motivate production team members Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may impact production Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and analyze production reports, including data on productivity, quality, and waste Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of production processes and quality standards Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficient in using computer software and production management systems Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required Qualification in Engineering or related field preferred Benefits Salary: Negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
