The function of the Engineer/ Technical Content Creator will be to create a range of technical content ranging from user manuals to assembly manuals. This includes technical training courses that will be presented by the training department. This role also entails a large portion of research into new technical fields. Reporting to the Content Creation Department Manager Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain training content.Ensure high quality content by performing ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and updating training content.Gather feedback and continuously update training, materials to enhance effectiveness and relevance.Creation of documents such as assembly/user manual.Creation of technical courses that can be used for training. Become knowledgeable with Freedom Won products and solutions.Collaborate and work closely with training department and the engineering team to effectively deliver on tasks. Essential Requirements: Grade 12/ MatricAdvanced Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.3-4 years working experience in the Technical Creator field.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent verbal communication skills.Advanced written communication skills.Advanced computer skills.Organizational skills.
