We are expanding our business to help support this growth and have many exciting opportunities for experienced and motivated professionals to join us in The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, or South Africa.Duties and responsibilitiesAs Control & Instrumentation Engineer, you must prove yourself to some of the most demanding customers in the world and work pro-actively with our colleagues across the globe. Beyond the standard features of a building, our MCF projects require specific and advanced knowledge and skills. What our clients have in common, is the need for a proactive Control & Instrumentation Engineer.In this function you will be responsible for the design of the control and monitoring systems within multiple teams of data centre designers. During the design phase, your work will primarily consist of designing data centre control systems, from the basic design to the detailed design, including the coordination of your control system design with other disciplines. During the construction of the data centre, your work will consist of coordinating with clients, main contractors, and control contractors.You will work within a multidisciplinary team where your work will be across borders, native and home based. In addition to participating in projects, you naturally also contribute to the optimization of our internal business processes and to safeguarding and sharing knowledge within your field. In this way, we continue to develop ourselves continuously!Qualifications,skills and experienceYou are an entrepreneurial, result oriented, proactive individual with a positive flexible and problem-solving attitude. Besides that, you have:BSc/BEng/BTech Electrical/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation degreeMinimum 5 – 10+ years’ experience in consulting engineeringExperience in data centre projects is highly advantageousYou are a team player and have good coordination skillsYou are willing to work on international projects and flexible to travelYou are resilient and have effective communication skillsUnderstanding the overall MEP design processes in Mission Critical environmentControls systems such as: Schneider/ Allen-Bradley/Siemens/ABBNetwork diagrams and Telecoms designRevitReviztoBehavioural CompetenciesEnthusiastic, go-getterAccurate and detail oriented with good organisational skills (plan and prioritize).Ability to meet multiple deadlines and handleExcellent communication skills (at all levels and across cultures).Excellent team relationship skills, working with integrity andThe ability to work independently and with limited#J-18808-Ljbffr
