To act as the management representative for Quality Management and Continuous Improvement related to the engineering aspects of the facilities which core purpose is to perform maintenance on buildings and equipment to ensure that assets are upheld to their original state. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Manage Technical operations of the facility. Manage and support technical projects within the facility. Identify and mitigate engineering risk within the facility. REQUIRED EDUCATION NQF level 7 Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Thermodynamics and Electro Technology passed at 2rd year level. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 8 years relevant engineering experience, of which 4 years experience within facility management environment with exposure to HVAC and auxiliary electrical power supplies.
