Use your passion to drive the learning culture through a competency-based L&D framework whilst collaborating with the team to develop depth of talent and integration throughout the talent lifecycle. Establish and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders and handle L&D- related reporting, statutory submissions and other important administrative responsibilities.
