Description Our client in Logistics industry is currently looking to employ a Debtors Clerk based in Deal Party, Port Elizabeth.A wonderful career opportunity awaits you.Requirements:Previous debtors experience essential.Controls around 150 debtors.Disciplinary Hearing involvement – scribe / minute taking.Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Debtors - Making use of Parcel Perfect Software.Keeping records of customers' accounts.To keep records on amounts owed by customers and amounts paid.Phoning customers for money / Age Analysis.Receipting /allocate payments / Transaction History daily payments.Credit Notes.Customer queries – debtors.Invoicing, Capturing waybills.Month end statements / Attaching of Invoices and waybills.BEE Certificate - to get all documentation requested from BEEBIZ (Annual).Fuel Increase/Rate Increase/decrease - to send out notices to customers (Monthly/Annual).Employee Info (to keep up to date).Trade References.Keep Record of Absenteeism JHB/PE/DBN.Download and Print Attendance register monthly for HR.Keep Record on Annual leave - All Branches.Keeping track on drivers PDP licences.Disciplinary Hearings.General Admin (Sending emails, Filling out documents, Scanning, Create Spreadsheets).Microsoft Word, Excel typing and creating documents.Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.Dealing with email enquiries.Providing administration support to Senior Management.Assist with NBCRFI online system (Payouts, D-forms, Update Members).Please note should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
