ATC offers residential housing and outpatient services including individual, group, and family therapy, life skills coaching, and medication management. Clients live in one of several family-style residences in downtown St. George with a central administrative office. Clients attend school, and work, and integrate directly into the community. Staff is present daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm, with no overnight staff. Our clients are capable of independence yet enter treatment with a myriad of challenges that are keeping them stuck, avoidant, and overly dependent on their parents. Your job is to find out what is keeping them stuck and then to help them get unstuck. Sound simple? Yes? Easy? Not at all!We are seeking a high-energy, patient, team-centered, and detail-oriented therapist ready to join our team. As the therapist, you will take the lead role in developing and guiding the treatment process with your clients. The job requires a willingness to work outside of the 9-5 when needed, an ability to think outside the box, and flexibility to perform therapy at times outside of the therapy office so that you can intervene hands-on, at the moment, when support is needed.
