Senior Producer
Royal Academy Of Dance
South Africa, Cape Town
Touretteshero is a disabled and neurodiverse led, multi-disciplinary arts organisation, based in Peckham, South London; we work nationally and internationally. Founded in 2010 by Artistic Directors Jess Thom and Matthew Pountney, our mission is to create a more inclusive and socially just society for disabled and non-disabled people through our cultural practice. Touretteshero joined Arts Council England's National Portfolio in 2023. To successfully deliver our ambitious programme of creative work and meet the increased demands of being an NPO, we're increasing the capacity of our small team (currently 7 people). The Senior Producer is a new leadership role that will work closely with the Co-Artistic Directors and Executive Director to deliver Touretteshero's varied programme of activities including live performance, film, installations, events and elements of our solidarity, consultancy and research programmes in line with our mission and values. If you're an experienced producer with a commitment to social justice who would enjoy the challenge of planning and delivering a wide range of activities and want to establish more inclusive ways of working, this could be the role for you. We particularly encourage people with lived experience of disability, neurodiversity or chronic illness to apply.
