To act as the management representative for Quality Management and Continuous Improvement related to the engineering aspects of the facilities which core purpose is to perform maintenance on buildings and equipment to ensure that assets are upheld to their original state. REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: NQF level 6 Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Thermodynamics and Electro Technology passed at 2nd year level. DESIRED EDUCATION: N6, S4, T4 with Mechanical or Electrical (thermodynamics; electro engineering) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Minimum 6 years relevant engineering experience, of which 2 years experience within facility management environment with exposure to HVAC and auxiliary electrical power supplies.
