In addition, you will assist in the development and ongoing review of regional, sub-regional and area plans; assess development applications, ensure developments comply with the relevant Planning Scheme and undertake inspections of development sites To be successful, you are required to hold a degree or diploma qualification related to Land Use Planning and have eligibility to full membership of the Planning Institute of Australia ; demonstrated ability to provide professional advice on land use planning and development, policy and processes.
