This role offers an exciting opportunity to facilitate seamless business development processes, from identifying and engaging potential leads to building sustainable relationships with customers. You will be instrumental in shaping business development strategies, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market position. Requirements: Matric and/or NQF level 5 qualifications. Minimum of 1-3 years B2B field sales/external sales experience. Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly selling software solutions. Comfortable selling to C-level Executives. Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (able to travel occasionally). Proficiency in client relationship management. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, and other relevant sales systems and tools. Sales analytics and forecasting skills. Market research and basic financial acumen. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Proactive, innovative, and growth mindset. Solution-focused with the initiative and curiosity to continuously improve processes. Primary Responsibilities: Achieving Targets and Leads Activation: Achieve monthly invoicing targets, nurture prospects, maintain client relationships, and activate marketing leads with precision and accuracy. Leverage networking relationships for client expansion and provide timely feedback to enhance lead generation efforts. New Business Relationships: Understand and address potential clients' needs with tailored solutions that result in deal closures. Collaborate in exploring opportunities for offering value-added services to enhance the overall client experience. Sales and Marketing : Prepare impactful presentations, product demos, and effectively communicate new product developments. Participate in marketing initiatives to support sales efforts. Admin/Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client information in HubSpot CRM and relevant systems, update client packs, and ensure timely and professional communication with clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
