Mark student submissions and engage with campus teaching and learning.Key Performance Areas:Prepare for lectures based on provided content. Supplement content with own expertise. Deliver assigned modules to the stated outcomes and contracted hours. Mark student assessments and provide constructive feedback. Perform academic admin, such as capturing assessment marks and reporting on student success. Provide content feedback. Engage with professional development opportunities and attend initial training sessions.Minimum Qualification Requirements:Ideally:Honours in Communication ScienceHonours in Media StudiesHonours in EnglishHonours in JournalismHonours in one of the writing fieldsAlternatively:Honours in one of the Applied Humanities fields with Communication Science up to third year degree levelHonours in one of the Applied Humanities fields with Media Studies/Journalism in undergraduate up to third year degree levelAn Honours in one of the Applied Humanities fields with Communication in undergraduateBBK 4-year degree in Business CommunicationBJourn 4-year degree in JournalismAny other four-year professional degree in a Journalism or any other writing fieldWorking Conditions:Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role.Owing to the volume of CVs received, we may not be able to personally contact all applicants.
