The IIE Varsity College, Pietermaritzburg Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer (Part-Tme) in the School of Computer Science for the following module in second semester: ITPP5112 : IT Professional Practice Competencies Required: Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Assertiveness and dynamism. Understanding of customer service in education. Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. Alternatively: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with IT modules to the 3rd yearA 3-year degree in Computer Science and Information Systems. Minimum Experience Requirements: Previous lecturing experience within tertiary environment is advantageous. It would be preferable if the following additional competencies are fulfilled: Lecturing experience in general IT topics. Work experience in an IT field.
