The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems for our clients.RESPONSIBILITIESFire specialist position held in a private SA firm for minimum 5 years.Commercial & industrials use greenfield refurbishment & construction projects.Both water based and detection systems experience.Rational fire design and approval.Fire Engineer for a new small to medium multi-disciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio.Multi- discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager.Planning and management of inhouse contract documentation.Fire systems rational, design, coordination & certification.Fire Systems contract administration.Multi-disciplinary team collaboration & coordination.Rationale fire design with high competency in Revit and associated MEP plugins. REQUIREMENTSBachelor Degree in EngineeringValid ECSA Registration FSP (water-based systems and / or detection systems).
