The Operations and Maintenance Manager will be assisting with further developing and growing their O&M division for Commercial and Industrial Clients and working alongside the Head of EngineeringSkills & Experience:Proficient knowledge on PV solar systems (grid-and off-grid), storage systems, generators and hot water systemsStrong written and verbal communication for interactions with client, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholdersExperience in Project ManagementGood knowledge on big data and how to use this effectively to streamline the output required.Good programming skills, specifically for big data and automation of reportsGreat at working under pressure to resolve issues.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.Experience and knowledge of solar plant software and hardware.Self-starterQualification: B.Eng., BSc. Eng, B. Tech Eng in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanical.
