My client is seeking a Factory Manager with exceptional skills and extensive experience to lead their manufacturing operations, focusing on mechanical engineering. This role is crucial as they strive to improve their production capacity and uphold their leading position in the market Oversee and improve production efficiency and product quality through supervision Lead a diverse team to ensure smooth operations and collaboration Implement and uphold strict quality control standards Manage material sourcing and inventory for optimal efficiency Spearhead strategic projects, including the assessment, specification, and installation of new machinery Supervise the adoption and enhancement of productivity software solutions Drive continuous process improvement through Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Skills&Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position Substantial background in overseeing manufacturing operations, ideally within metal or aluminum industries Track record of successful project management, especially in machinery upgrades and software integrations Demonstrated leadership abilities emphasizing team growth and operational prowess Proficient in analysis and problem-solving, consistently enhancing operational efficiencies Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
