We're on the lookout for Accounting Managers with 1 to 4 years of Accounting Management Experience post-Articles to join our client's dynamic team. As an accounting manager, you'll lead a team of accountants, review their work, and collaborate closely with clients.You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping up to trial balance, monthly reconciliations, and submission/completion of statutory returns such as VAT, PAYE, STC, DWT, and IWT. Handling tax return submissions via E-Filing, Provincial tax returns, and PAYE reconciliations, along with preparing salary schedules, payslips, and financial statements adhering to IFRS for SMEs across various entities. Implementing financial controls to mitigate business risk, calculating tax liabilities, reviewing small to medium-sized private companies, managing statements, and conducting various reconciliations including debtors, creditors, and stock/inventory. Addressing SARS queries, facilitating VAT/PAYE and Income Tax registrations for clients, processing payments on their behalf, and preparing fees, budgets, and quotations.
